By engaging NS Tiling, you agree to the following terms.

Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise

• Quotes are based on information available at the time

• Variations may result in additional costs and will be discussed before proceeding

Scope of Work

• Work will be completed as outlined in the agreed quote

• Any changes to the scope must be approved before additional work is carried out

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice

• Payment is required within the agreed timeframe

• Late payments may delay project completion

Scheduling & Access

• Clients must provide clear access to the work area

• Delays caused by restricted access, site readiness, or other trades may impact timelines

Variations & Delays

• NS Tiling is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier delays, or factors outside our control

• Any required variations will be discussed before proceeding

Quality & Standards

• All work is completed to relevant Australian Standards

• Natural variations in tiles, grout, and materials are not considered defects

​

Liability

• NS Tiling is not liable for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, or structural problems

• We are not responsible for damage caused by other trades or third parties

​

Cancellations

• Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible

• Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover time, materials, or scheduling impacts

​

Warranty

• Workmanship is covered by a standard workmanship warranty

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, movement, or lack of maintenance

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
